An Overview
I realize I haven’t posted anything informative in a while—so here’s a quick summary of what’s going on in my life.
Work—I’m working about 20 hours each week, 32 next week (yikes). So far, Target is alright. It’s nothing spectacularly amazing, but it’s a job, it’s close, and it’s flexible. Also, I look good in Red and Khaki (that may be a joke—you can decide)
Home Work—Yeah, enough said. I have oodles and oodles of homework. Honestly, I think that was the first time I ever wrote the word “oodles”. It’s just non-stop reading, reports, presentations, tests, and book reviews. This is pretty much my free time.
Life—Monday I was offered a summer internship with Pastor Rich in Montana. I’ve been praying, pondering, and weighing the goods/bads of that. Also, I’ve been trying to be more organized and mature in simple things like washing dishes and planning out my time.
Church—I’ve gotten more involved with Crossing, and am loving it. I have community group tonight, and a smaller small group that’s discussing biblical manhood. I’ve been trying to serve on Sundays, but issues (me being sick, snow days, etc) have gotten in the way.
Free time—hahaha, have you read the rest of this blog?
Weather—it’s been crazy recently. It’s 60 out right now, but there is snow on the ground. Last fri/sat/sun was a state of emergency because it was a “blizzard” (with emphasis on the “”s). Now it’s nice again—I hope it stays nice!
Class—I can’t wait for class to be done =]
End—Yeah, this is the end of my post. I hope you enjoyed it. Now back to reading for Missions class. Only about 15 more pages, then 2 book reviews, a test to study for, study questions, and a project…then more reading! Is it spring break yet?
